Our bread is handmade on site and baked daily using organic wheat and a long, naturally leavened fermentation process to bring out the maximum flavor and nutrition out of the grain. No commercial yeast here, we mix by hand the way it’s been done for hundreds of years.
Storage: We recommend storing your bread right on your countertop in the same bag we provide. Don’t refrigerate – this will actually make it go stale faster. You can freeze if need be (to reheat, just brush the crust with some water and pop it in the oven to bring it back to life).

We also now accept advanced bulk orders for select breads and pastries! Please note: we require at least 72 hours notice, and you must meet the minimum order quantities. Call our kitchen to place your bread order.
